Kraken Group Ride presented by Team ODZ

DESCRIPTION: A homage to Scottie Weiss and his former “Wednesday Volcano Ride”.

Focus is sprint training, indispensable to give you the edge and finish your races strong.

This is a group ride on 4 laps of the Watopia Volcano Flat CW course.

We move at increasing pace with a 3.0 to 4.0 W/kg front, and do all-out sprints twice per lap, followed by a quick recovery period.

Lastly, we have a short race for the last bit of the final to also include legs-on strategy in your sprint training. Watch in messaging closely for instructions during ride.
