Endurance Lab Quarantine Plan

This monthly membership will allow the member access to any of the Endurance Lab Training Plans to custom build their season for their goals. We currently have four 4 week plans that build to a race and are actively building more. It will also include the following:

With the restrictions in place due to the Coronavirus, many of us are now solely training indoors. This is a great opportunity for us to utilize our passion for cycling to improve our mental health, to stay fit, or even get more fit! One of the challenges currently can be motivation and finding the structure to keep training and working towards your goals. We’ve found that when working as part of a team or group it is easier and more fun to stay active and to adhere to a training plan. 

With this in mind, we want to make available our training platform, The Endurance Lab, for as many of you that are interested. We have multiple training plans that we are currently utilizing with our athletes and are building more as well. Additionally, we utilize Today’s Plan (https://www.todaysplan.com.au/) to allow subscribers to easily access their training plans, receive their workouts and complete them on Zwift. We’ve also started utilizing the MeetUp feature on Zwift to bring our athletes together to motivate each other and to share in the fellowship that we’ve always enjoyed with cycling.  

As a thanks to our community and with the goal of supporting as much of that community as possible, we want to make available our plans and training platform at cost for the foreseeable future. For $20 / month you will receive access to the training plans, Today’s Plan and our private Facebook group.
